Originally a speaker used in supermarkets to introduce the best deals, this work fashions it with a beaded headwear featuring what seems to be cauliflowers. Taking on a further anthropormorphic form, it likens the role of an NPC, muttering indecipherable speeches that repeats with no regard for reciprocation.
